Deo Solar end spacers and earthing plates complete a rail-less bracket installation. End spacers match framed module thicknesses of 30, 35 or 40 mm. Earthing plates bond panel frames before the modules are seated. Anti-tamper caps are pressed on once the top brackets are secured. These essentials are used with the Deo Solar roof bracket range.

What’s included
End spacer
One spacer position per the frame thickness. The manuals label 30 mm, 35 mm and 40 mm.
Earth plate
The manuals call for the earth clip on the top bracket before the solar panels go on, so neighbouring frames can be bonded.
Anti-tamper cap
A separate essential, linked from this page. It is not a mounting bracket. The manual says to press it until it is seated.
Compatibility
These parts finish a Deo Solar bracket install. They do not choose the roof profile. Order the IBR, corrugated, Klip-On or structural bracket for the roof, and these essentials with it.
How installation works
This is the outline. Torque, sheet checks and safety rules are in the installation manual, and the manual governs the install.
- Match the end spacer to the module frame: 30, 35 or 40 mm.
- Assemble the earth plate on the top bracket before placing modules.
- Seat the framed module and tighten to the bracket manual.
- Press the anti-tamper cap on after the top bracket is secure. Align it on all sides.

Anyone ordering Deo Solar roof brackets. Installers usually add spacers, earth plates and caps to the same quote rather than treating them as optional extras.
