Compatibility
Use this bracket on trapezoidal IBR sheet. It is for framed modules in landscape orientation. It is not the corrugated bracket and it is not the Klip-On clamp for Klip-Lok or Saflok. Confirm sheet condition, frame thickness (30, 35 or 40 mm) and layout before install.
How installation works
This is the outline. Torque, sheet checks and safety rules are in the installation manual, and the manual governs the install.
- Mark bracket positions from the array layout before anyone fixes a screw.
- Place the bracket on the IBR peak. The manual states it aligns with the roof profile.
- Secure it with a stitching screw and sealing washer on each side.
- Fit the earth plate, seat the framed module, choose the 30, 35 or 40 mm end spacer, and press the anti-tamper cap on once the top bracket is secure.
