Deo Solar’s Klip-On bracket is a rail-less mount for Klip-Lok and Saflok-style standing-seam roofs. The pre-assembled composite bracket clips onto the profile. The installation manual states that, when the side bolts are tightened correctly, there should be no roof penetration. It suits framed modules in landscape orientation.

How installation works
This is the outline. Torque, sheet checks and safety rules are in the installation manual, and the manual governs the install.
- Mark positions from the module layout.
- Place the bracket on the Klip-Lok or Saflok peak and clip it on.
- Tighten both side M8 bolts. The manual says that, done correctly, there should be no penetration.
- Fit the earth plate, seat the framed module, select the end spacer for 30, 35 or 40 mm, and fit the anti-tamper cap.
